After you complete your responses, you will be prompted to generate output. Output is available in two formats. First, a heat map showing hot spots requiring attention. Secondly, a set of unique Observations, Recommendations and Actions that are directly tied to your response to each question. The intent is to provide guidance and options to the user to determine how to close gaps, drive improvement or maintain the current state. Consultants take weeks to develop one of these reports and would charge thousands of dollars. You’re able to do your own self assessment in less than 10 minutes and receive Observations, Recommendations and Actions that address your specific area.
